Well Visit and Immunization Schedule
The following single and combination immunization are given in childhood.
| Pediarix | Five-in-one vaccine consisting of Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (whooping cough), Hepatitis B Vaccine, Polio Vaccine |
| Hib | Hemophilus B Vaccine |
| DTaP | Three in one vaccine which is a part of the five in one vaccine (pediarix) above but must be given “as is” after age 6 months. The five in one vaccine above is not approved as a booster vaccine. |
| MMR | Three-in-one vaccine for measles, mumps, rubella |
| Varivax | For chicken pox |
| Prevnar | Pneumococcal conjugate vaccine |
| Tdap | Variant of Dtap – for older children |
| Hepatitis B vaccine | |
| Meningococcal vaccines | |
| IPV | Inactivated polio vaccine |
